How do solve the following problems?

1. How do i remove/replace my door panels so that i can replace my door radio speakers in my 2002 Saturn L200.
2. How can i repair my heated seat control in the drivers side because it works only for a few seconds in my 2003 Lincoln Aviator
well if you cant do the first question then you should bring you car to the shop.
1 The door panel is attached with screws, some of witch are hidden and there is some plastic clips witch have to be pulled lose.
