Is it possible to do an ELECTRIC motor to GAS engine conversion on a moped?

There is this really inexpensive moped on craigslist, but it is electric. I think it would be a fun project to convert it to gas powered. Any way?

I've seen it done, It's more worth is to just get a gas one.
