ok, i have a dt50 with a 60cc kit on it. i am no yobbo, and am not looking for the "best sound" etc, i just want to sensibly tune the engine, to make it run at it's optimum. i don't want to phaff around with silly carbon fibre end cans etc!
Making it run at optimum performance means good compression, and the right air/fuel mix and strong spark. Make sure your plugs arent looking too lean, or rich, and make sure the carb's jetting is correct. Tune the carb by doing an idle drop procedure...its
