How Do You Restore a windows 7 starter netbook to the original settings?

I Have a windows 7 starter netbook and i want to restore it to the facilty settings. This is a netbook and no cd can go inside it so......Thanks

There should be a recovery partition. Reboot the netbook, at startup tap the F8 key, some options should appear, safe mode, etc. Select Repair your computer and follow the instruction to Restore to factory, or complete restore, something like that.
